How can I as a parent be involved when my child is learning with Math Buddy?

As a parent, you can be involved in multiple ways in your child’s Math Buddy journey. A parent account is created for you to monitor progress and usage, and set the topic that your child will work on. We recommend that you sit with your child while the child does the hands on activity and make it fun while he/she learns. There are videos to guide the children on doing hands-on and interactive activities
Can my child get better school grades by working with Math Buddy?

Yes. The purpose of Math Buddy is to help children learn Math with understanding. When learning this way becomes a habit, good scores automatically come by as a by-product.
Can I try the program before I buy?

Absolutely. You can request for a 7 day trial to go through the contents of the software.
Is there a refund policy?

We do not offer refunds once the kits are shipped to your address. You can take a 7 day trial to go through the contents.
What do I do if the box of hands-on kits arrives damaged?

It is unlikely as we use the best delivery services, but still, if the hands-on kits are not delivered in good shape when you receive the box, please call us and we will provide a replacement.
What if my child or me have queries about using the software or hands-on kits? Will anyone support?

What if I select the wrong grade during subscription? Can I change it later?

You can call us and we will be able to change the grade before the kits get despatched. Unfortunately, we will not be able to change the grade after the kits are despatched.
